    How can i actually get ahold of someone at Autel? I have never seen such poor customer service!

     autel china is on holiday until the end of the week, i have tried to contact autel UK but they didn't answer either.  and you are correct dreadful customer support.

    Hi busaman, Autel UK is just our independent dealer in UK, but not our branch office. They only accept and hear customer problems or complaints purchased from Autel UK.

    So if you have any problem, please contact us directly via support@autel.com or contact our Germany office at support.eu@autel.com.

     It doesnt matter who i try to contact there is NEVER anyone that can give me an answer in under 1 day.
